Pardon My Frenchie offers a one-year health guarantee covering congenital defects — specifically congenital disorders of the heart, kidneys, liver, pancreas, and spine — on every puppy we place. If a qualifying condition is diagnosed within one year of birth and verified as life-threatening or severely debilitating by a licensed veterinarian, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price or accept return of the puppy with a full refund.

Guarantee applies to congenital defects of the heart, kidneys, liver, pancreas, and spine only and does not cover illness, injury, or conditions resulting from environment or care after pickup. Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of diagnosis.
